【摘要】 目的探讨免疫三氧自体血回输疗法对HIV病毒的抑制作用以及对艾滋病患者免疫系统的影响。方法将2016年6月至2017年12月在我院治疗的210例CD4细胞小于200个/mm3的艾滋病患者按随机分为两组:三氧自体血回输治疗组和对照组,治疗组在HARRT基础上给予免疫三氧自体血回输治疗。对照组仅给予HAART治疗。治疗方案:免疫三氧自体血回输:2次/周,剂量:三氧20μg/mL,100 mL血液,气血比例1:1,半小时内回输结束。结果免疫三氧自体血治疗组病毒抑制率高于对照组,患者的CD4细胞提升率高于对照组,患者的临床症状改善好于对照组,结论在HARRT基础上联用免疫三氧自体血回输疗法,能提高HIV病毒清除率、有助于患者的免疫重建,提升CD4细胞,改善患者临床症状,减少机会性感染的发生,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ozone immune therapy on HIV suppression and the immune system of AIDS patients. Methods The 210 cases of HIV/AIDS patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:In the treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with immune ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy on the basis of HAART.The control group was treated only with HAART.Treatment regimen:immune ozone autologous blood transfusion:2 times/week,dose:AHT 20 ug/ml,100 ml blood,1:1 blood gas. Results the virus inhibition rate was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement rate of CD4 cells in patients was higher than that in the control group,and the clinical symptoms of the patients were better than that in the control group. Conclusion based on HAART linked with immune ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy, can improve the HIV virus clearance,can help the patient’s immune reconstruction,improve CD4 cells, improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of opportunistic infections,improve the quality of life.更多还原
