【摘要】 目的研究替吉奥对应用局部晚期直肠癌术前化疗的疗效观察。方法选取2017年1月~12月我院收治的局部晚期直肠癌患者60例。随机分成观察组与对照组各30例。对照组患者予以直接手术治疗,观察组患者则在术前予替吉奥化疗。观察两组近期临床疗效、保肛率、局部复发率以及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为73.33%(22/30),高于对照组的63.34%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者保肛率为86.67%(26/30),显著高于对照组的53.33%(16/30),而局部复发率为20.00%(6/30),显著低于对照组的33.33%(10/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥化疗应用于局部晚期直肠癌患者术前有一定的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of tigualone on preoperative chemotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer. Methods from January 2017 to December,selected 60 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer, divided into observation group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with direct operation, while the patients in the observation group were treated with tegiro chemotherapy before operation.The two groups were compared between the clinical efficacy,local recurrence rate and adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30),63.34%(19/30)(P<0.05).The rate of anal preservation in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.67%(26/30),53.33 %(16/30),while the local recurrence rate was 20.00%(6/30),significantly lower than that of the control group 33.33 %(10/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Tigeo chemotherapy can be used to treat locally advanced rectal cancer before operation, and it is worth popularizing.更多还原
