【摘要】 目的探讨和分析在腹部造口旁疝、造口旁疝修补术中疝补片预防性应用的效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年9月我院收治的系列腹部造口旁疝患者(46例)、直肠癌(20例)当做分析的对象,18例患者网状平片单纯修补(甲组),28例患者网状平片联合防粘连补片修补(乙组),20例直肠癌患者经Miles手术肠造口并预防性的使用疝补片(丙组),并选择同期未放置人工补片的38例腹部造口手术患者(丁组)。观察患者术后术后造口旁疝出现、复发,比较防粘连补片患者、常规肠造口患者的造口旁疝发生情况。结果双补片患者复发率小于单纯网状补片患者,差异不显著,P>0.05。预防性的使用疝补片患者出现造口旁疝概率小于腹部造口手术患者,差异显著,P<0.05。结论无张力修补术对于肠造口旁疝患者来说,可减少造口旁疝复发的概率;在肠造口术中,补片的预防性放置可降低造口旁疝发生的概率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the preventive application of hernia repair in the peritoneal hernia and the repair of oral hernia.Methods The extraction in December 2015-September 2016 in my hospital for treatment of abdominal incision hernia patients(46 cases),colorectal cancer(20 cases) as analysis object,18 cases with mesh flat piece simple repair(group A), 28 patients with mesh flat piece of joint antiblocking patch repair(group B), 20 patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation and preventive use hernia patch after colostomy(group C), and select the period not placed artificial patch of 38 patients with abdominal incision surgery as a control(group D). To observe the occurrence and recurrence of postoperative hernial hernia in patients,and to compare the occurrence of parenteral hernia in patients with adhesion patch and conventional enterostomy.Results The recurrence rate of double patch patients was less than that of patients with pure mesh patch,and the difference was not significant.There was a significant difference in the incidence of preoperative hernia in patients with prophylactic herniorrhaphy(P<0.05). Conclusion Tension free repair can reduce the probability of recurrence of para stomal hernia for patients with parenteral hernia.In colostomy,the placement of patches can reduce the probability of para stomal hernia.更多还原
