【摘要】 目的对长链非编码RNA H19表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征和预后关系进行Meta分析。方法检索Pub Med、Web of Science、中文科技期刊全文数据库CNKI和万方数据库中,关于H19表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征和预后的中英文文献。收集截止日期2018年1月21日。结果共有3篇文献,209例病人纳入荟萃分析,总生存率HR 2.60(95%CI 1.08~6.25,P=0.032)和无病生存率HR 1.56(95%CI 1.29~1.87,P<0.001),表明H19高表达降低了总生存率和无病生存率。同时,H19表达水平与肿瘤分化(OR 0.25,95%CI 0.11~0.55,P=0.001)有相关性,H19高表达组结直肠癌分化较低。但是H19表达水平与年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、远处转移和TNM分期无显著相关性。结论 H19表达与结直肠癌分化呈负相关,其表达水平可作为判断结直肠癌预后的独立危险因素,但与结直肠癌其他临床特征的相关关系仍缺乏足够证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between H19 expression and colorectal cancer clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods Chinese and English literatures about the H19 expression and colorectal cancer clinicopathological features and prognosis were searched from Pub Med,Web of Science,CNKI and Wanfang database. Collection deadline is January 21,2018. Results There were 3 articles and 209 patients were included in the Meta-analysis. The overall survival rate was 2. 60( 95 % CI1. 08 ~ 6. 25,P = 0. 032) and disease-free survival rate HR 1. 56( 95 % CI 1. 29 ~ 1. 87,P < 0. 001). It indicates that H19 overexpression reduced overall and disease-free survival. At the same time,the expression level of H19 was correlated with tumor differentiation( OR 0. 25,95 % CI 0. 11 ~ 0. 55,P = 0. 001),while H19 high expression group had lower differentiation in colorectal cancer. However,there was no significant correlation between H19 expression level and age,sex,tumor location,distant Metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion The expression of H19 was negatively correlated with colorectal cancer differentiation.The expression level of H19 could be an independent risk factor for prognosis of colorectal cancer. However,the correlation between H19 and other clinical features of colorectal cancer still lacks sufficient evidence.更多还原
