【摘要】 目的探讨静脉化疗联合腹腔热灌注化疗对胃癌患者术后免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法将80例行胃癌根治术后的患者按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。2组均采用静脉化疗。在此基础上,观察组采用腹腔热灌注化疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗后免疫功能相关指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+值,CD4+/CD8+比值)及治疗后生存质量的情况。结果与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后CD3+、CD4+值均升高,CD4+/CD8+比值均降低(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+值均升高更明显,CD4+/CD8+比值降低更明显(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生存质量提高率高于对照组(65.00%比27.50%,P<0.05)。结论对行胃癌根治术后的患者在静脉化疗的基础上加用腹腔热灌注化疗,能够改善胃癌患者的术后免疫功能,提高患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on postoperative immune function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients were given intravenous chemotherapy alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy(observation group,n=40)after radical gastrectomy.Immunological indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+value,CD4+/CD8+ratio)and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with same group before treatment,the CD3+and CD4+values increased and CD4+/CD8+ratio decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in observation group were more obvious than those in control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the improvement rate of quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(65.00% vs 27.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous chemotherapy combined with peritoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can improve postoperative immune function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
