【摘要】 目的 探讨中医辩证治疗心悸患者的临床疗效及安全性,为临床诊治提供依据。方法 将80例心悸患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组予以临床常规西医治疗,观察组予以中医辨证治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),疗效指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 中医辨证治疗心悸患者临床疗效显著,可以有效改善临床症状,安全性较高,具有较高的临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment in patients with palpitation, and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients with palpitation were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40). The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with TCM dialectical treatment. The clinical treatment effect, TCM syndrome score and the adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0. 01). The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 01), and the efficacy index was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion The clinical effect of TCM dialectical treatment for palpitations is significant, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, the safety is high, and with high clinical promotion value.更多还原
