【摘要】 目的 结合临床心血管内科诊疗过程及患者疾病情况,依据整合医学总体框架,编制生理-心理-社会-伦理整合医学诊疗模式的评估量表及指标手册,以期规范临床评估系统及评估指标。方法 在专家评定的基础上,编制《临床心血管内科整合医学诊疗模式评估及指标手册》,以3所综合医院心血管内科200例住院患者为对象进行评估,对数据结果 进行信效度检验和项目分析。结果 各分量表总分与因子分相关系数≥0.3;精神症状、生活方式、社会境遇,A型行为各分量表Cronbach’sα值分别为0.709、0.718、0.672、0.843(P<0.01),重测信度分别为0.908、0.962、0.914、0.980(P<0.01);除A型行为量表外其他量表因子累计方差贡献率分别为79.21%,90.62%,91.03%。结论 评估及指标手册具有较高的信效度,适用于临床心血管疾病的整体评估。更多还原
