【摘要】 针对整合医学模式难以落地的问题,提出了生理-心理-社会-伦理整合医学诊疗模式,并在试点医院心血管疾病科进行临床实践探索。将主管医师、心理师和专科护士有机结合为个人医疗组,对患者进行综合诊疗。已初步完成心内科整合医学诊疗评估手册的编制,在正常人群和心血管疾病患者中进行了信效度验证;已初步完成心内科整合医学诊疗模式操作手册的编制,建立了简洁、规范的临床操作流程;验证了整合医学诊疗模式的可行性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the integrated medical model is difficult to implement,a physiological-psychological-social-ethical integrated diagnosis and treatment model is proposed and the clinical practice was explored in the cardiovascular department of pilot hospitals. The competent physicians,psychologists and specialist nurses combined into a personal medical group,and given comprehensive treatment for patients. We have initially completed the cardiovascular disease evaluation manual, and verified the reliability and validity of the evaluation manual in both normal and cardiovascular patients. We have initially completed the cardiology integrative medical treatment model operation manual, and established a concise and standardized clinical operation procedure. And we have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the integrated diagnosis and treatment model.更多还原
