【摘要】 目的 探讨时间银行弹性排班模式在术后监护室护理中的应用效果。方法 将在监护室工作的26名护理人员2015年7月一2016年6月采用分组护理弹性排班模式设为对照组,2016年7月—2017年6月采用时间银行弹性排班模式设为观察组。比较两组护理人员的工作满意度及病区护理质量评分。结果 护理人员工作满意度评分观察组护理排班的模式、工作安排的合理性、休息的灵活性、加班补偿方式、同事间协作、外出学习交流机会、工作的认可度项目评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);护理质量评分,观察组在基础护理、专科护理、医院感染质量控制和患者满意度方面评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 时间银行弹性排班模式应用在术后监护室护理工作中,有利于团队的人性化管理,有利于激发护理人员的工作积极性和工作热情,提高护理质量,保障护理安全,提高患者满意度,使科室护理管理成效更为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of the time bank flexible scheduling model in postoperative care. Methods 26 nurses in the intensive care unit from July 2015-June 2017 were selected, those received flexible scheduling model were seen as the control group, others received the time bank flexible scheduling model were seen as the observation group. Compare the job satisfaction and ward nursing quality score between the two groups. Results The job satisfaction scores(nursing scheduling model,work schedule rationality, rest flexibility, overtime compensation mode,collaboration between colleagues, learning exchange opportunity, work recognition) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0. 01); the nursing quality scores(basic nursing, specific nursing, hospital infection quality control, satisfaction of patients) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0. 05 or 0. 01). Conclusion Application of the time bank flexible scheduling model in postoperative care is advantageous to the humanized management of the nursing team, to arouse the passion and enthusiasm of nursing work, improve the quality of nursing and guarantee the nursing security, improve patients, satisfaction, make the nursing management performance more significant.更多还原
