【摘要】 目的 探讨灯盏花素注射液对急性心肌梗死患者细胞免疫、红细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响。方法 将74例急性心肌梗死患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组37例。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对症治疗基础上静脉滴注灯盏花素注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的细胞免疫、红细胞免疫与体液免疫指标。结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者细胞免疫、红细胞免疫与体液免疫指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 灯盏花素注射液对急性心肌梗死患者细胞免疫、红细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响更为积极,对于综合免疫状态的调节作用突出,应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of breviscapine injection on cellular immunity,erythrocyte immunity and humoral immunity in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 74 cases with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given breviscapine injection by intravenous drip on the basis of symptomatic treatment. Clinical effect,indexes of cellular immunity, erythrocyte immunity and humoral immunity before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05). Before treatment, the difference of cellular immunity,erythrocyte immunity and humoral immunity indexes between the two groups had no statistic significance(P>0. 05); after treatment, the two groups were all significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0. 05), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion The effect of breviscapine injection on cellular immunity, erythrocyte immu-nity and humoral immunity of patients with acute myocardial infarction is more active, it plays an important role in the regulation of comprehensive immune state and with high application value.更多还原
