肠道微生态调节剂联合锌制剂对迁延性腹泻儿童血清氧化还原反应指标及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨肠道微生态调节剂联合锌制剂对迁延性腹泻儿童血锌、血清氧化还原反应指标及免疫功能的影响。方法 将108例迁延性腹泻患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,每组54例。对照组采用微生态调节剂双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合锌制剂葡萄糖酸锌片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血锌水平、血清氧化还原反应指标(一氧化氮、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶)水平和免疫功能指标(免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白A)水平。结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后血锌、超氧化物歧化酶、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清一氧化氮、丙二醛水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肠道微生态调节剂联合锌制剂可显著提高迁延性腹泻患儿的血锌水平和机体免疫功能,降低氧化应激反应,疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effects of intestinal microecological modulator combined with zinc preparation on blood zinc, serum redox reaction indexes and immunologic function in children with refractory diarrhea. Methods 108 cases of children refractory diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(n=54) and contrast group(n = 54). Patients in the contrast group were given microecological modulator bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets treatment, while patients in the observation group were given zinc gluconate tablets on this basis. Compare the clinical curative effects, blood zinc level, serum redox reaction indexes(NO, MDA, SOD) levels and the immunologic function indexes(IgG, IgA) levels between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group. After treatment, the blood zinc, SOD, IgG, IgA levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the contrast group(P<0. 05), while the NO, MDA levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the contrast group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Intestinal microecological modulator combined with Zinc preparation treatment can significantly improve the blood zinc level and body immunologic function of children refractory diarrhea and decrease the oxidative stress with significant curative effects.
