【摘要】 目的 探讨术前肺功能检测在开胸手术患者术后肺部感染及其他并发症预防中的临床应用价值。方法 将.266例患者作为研究对象,于术前1周对患者进行肺功能检测,比较肺功能正常者及异常者术后临床指标变化情况、肺部感染发生率及其他并发症发生率。结果 本组患者中肺功能正常者201例(75.6%),肺功能异常者65例(24.4%)。手术后肺功能正常组术后发热持续时间、胸引管放置时间、抗生素使用时间及重症监护住院时间均显著短于肺功能异常组(P<0.01)。肺功能正常组肺部感染发生率、其他并发症发生率显著低于肺功能异常组(P<0.01)。结论 肺功能异常可影响开胸手术患者术后恢复情况,增加患者术后肺部感染及其他并发症的发生率,术前应进行肺功能检测以预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of preoperative pulmonary function on postoperative pulmonary infection and other complications in thoracotomy patients. Methods 266 patients were selected as clinical subjects, one week before surgery, the patients were given pulmonary function tests. Postoperative clinical indicators changing situation, pulmonary infection occurrence rate and other complications occurrence rate of patients with normal and abnormal lung function were compared. Results In the 266 thoracotomy patients, there were 201 patients with normal lung function, accounting for75. 6%, there were 65 patients with abnormal pulmonary function, accounting for 24. 4%. Compared with the patients with abnormal lung function, postoperative fever duration, chest tube storage period, antibiotics consumption, ICU hospital stays of patients with normal lung function were shorter(P<0. 01).Pulmonary infection occurrence rate and other complications occurrence rate of normal lung function group were significantly lower than those of the abnormal lung function group(P<0. 01). Conclusions Preoperative pulmonary dysfunction could affect the postoperative recovery, increase the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection and other complications of the thoracotomy patients. Pulmonary function tests should be given in order to prevent complication occurrence.更多还原
