MAGE-A4 mRNA及SOX2蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤患者病理分级的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between expression levels of MAGE-A4mRNA,SOX2 and pathological grades in patients with cerebral glioma
【摘要】 目的 探讨MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤患者病理分级的相关性。方法 将73例脑胶质瘤患者按照病理分级分为低级组(37例)与高级组(36例)。采用逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测MAGE-A4 mRNA,采用免疫组化法检测SOX2蛋白。比较两组MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白表达水平,分析MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白与脑胶质瘤病理分级的相关性。结果 两组MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白表达水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤病理分级呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MAGE-A4 mRNA、SOX2蛋白表达水平与脑胶质瘤病理分级呈显著正相关,可作为判定脑胶质瘤病理分级的参考指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between expression levels of MAGE-A4 mRNA, SOX2 and pathological grades in patients with cerebral glioma. Methods Enrolled 73 patients with cerebral glioma were divided into low-grade group(n =37) and high-grade group(n=36) according to pathological grades. MAGE-A4 mRNA and SOX2 were detected using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Positive expression levels of MAGE-A4 mRNA and SOX2 in two groups were compared, and correlations between MAGE-A4 mRNA, SOX2 and pathological grades of cerebral glioma were analyzed. Results The difference of expression levels between MAGE-A4 mRNA, SOX2 had statistic significance(P<0. 05); expression levels of MAGE-A4 mRNA and SOX2 showed significantly positive correlations to pathological grades of cerebral glioma(P<0. 05). Conclusion Expression levels of MAGE-A4 mRNA and SOX2 have positive correlations to pathological grades of cerebral glioma, which can be seen as the reference to determine pathological grades of cerebral glioma.
