【摘要】 目的探讨非瓣膜性心房颤动合并缺血性脑卒中患者的临床特点,提高对此类型脑卒中的认识及规范治疗方法。方法收集2015年7月至2017年5月250例非瓣膜性心房颤动合并缺血性脑卒中患者(房颤组)和250例不伴非瓣膜性心房颤动的缺血性脑卒中患者(对照组)的临床资料,比较部分临床特点差异。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,房颤组的年龄(OR=1.047,P=0.001)、左心房直径(OR=1.253,P<0.001)、梗死后出血转化(OR=4.501,P<0.011)、脑钠肽(OR=1.001,P<0.001)为主要危险因素。结论缺血性脑卒中伴非瓣膜性心房颤动患者与不伴非瓣膜性心房颤动患者比较,高龄、左心房直径大、梗死后易出血转化、脑钠肽高水平更突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRCT Aim To discuss the partial clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation to improve the knowledge of the treatment of this type of stroke. Methods The date of 250 ischemic stroke patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(atrial fibrillation group) and 250 ischemic stroke patients without nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(a control group) in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2017 was collected, and their differences were compared. Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.047,P=0.001), left atrial diameter(OR=1.253,P<0.001), hemorrhagic transformation(OR=4.501, P<0.011), brain natriuretic peptide level(OR=1.001, P<0.001) were the four independent risk factors in the patients of ischemic stroke with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Conclusion Compared to the ischemic stroke patients without nonvalvular atrial fibrillation, the patients of ischemic stroke with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation were older, and had a bigger left atrial diameter, more hemorrhagic transformation and higher brain natriuretic peptide level.更多还原
