【摘要】 目的探讨不同层次水平限定日剂量(DDD)单药治疗新发癫痫的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～2016年1月连续登记门诊例新诊断的236例癫痫患者不同层次水平的DDD单药抗癫痫药物的疗效。结果与25%DDD抗癫痫药物治疗组(A组)相比,50%DDD抗癫痫药物治疗组(B组)及100%DDD抗癫痫药物治疗组(C组)癫痫完全控制的比例及总有效率明显升高(均P<0.05)。B组与C组疗效的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与增加剂量前相比,A组增加剂量后癫痫完全控制的比例及总有效率明显升高(均P<0.05)。B组增加剂量前后的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组、B组增加剂量后的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在一定范围内,增加单一抗癫痫药物剂量可提高抗癫痫疗效,超过50%DDD后,抗癫痫疗效提高不显著。癫痫患者对单药50%DDD抗癫痫治疗的反应,可能成为预后的分界点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of different levels of Defined Daily Dose(DDD) of monotherapy on the treatment of. Methods The effect of different levels of DDD monotherapy antiepileptic drugs of 236 cases of new diagnosed epilepsy during January 2012 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with 25%DDD antiepileptic drug therapy group(A group),the epilepsy control rate and the total effective rate of 50% DDD antiepileptic drug therapy group(B group) and 100% DDD antiepileptic drug therapy group(C group) were significantly increased(all P < 0. 05). Differences in the efficacy of B group and C group had no statistical significance(P > 0. 05). Compared with before increasing dose,the epilepsy control rate and the total effective rate of A group after increasing dose were significantly increased(all P < 0. 05). Differences in the efficacy of B group before and after increasing dose had no statistical significance(P > 0. 05). After increasing dose,differences in the efficacy of A Group and B group had no statistical significance(P > 0. 05). Conclusions Within a certain range,increase the dose of a single antiepileptic drug can improve the efficacy of antiepileptic. When the dose exceed 50%DDD,anti-epilepsy effect is not significant. Epilepsy patients with 50% DDD antiepileptic response,may predict the prognostic point of epilepsy.更多还原
