【摘要】 目的:评价超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗轻中度痤疮临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年1月期间前来我院就诊的120例轻中度痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机分组,研究组60例患者给予超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗,对照组60例给予阿达帕林凝胶治疗,分别对两组临床疗效进行评估,同时观察治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果:治疗6周后,研究组有效率为83.33%(50/60),对照组为71.67%(43/60),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,两组患者均无复发病例。结论:超分子水杨酸联合胶原贴敷料治疗轻中度痤疮患者,安全有效,复发率低,患者依从性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with collagen dressings for facial mild to moderate acne. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018, a total of 120 patients with mild to moderate acne were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into groups A and B, 60 patients per group. Patients in group A were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with collagen dressings, while patients in group B were treated with metronidazole gel alone. The clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the adverse reactions were also recorded. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rates in groups A and B were 83.33%(50/60) and 71.67%(43/60), respectively(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up, there was no recurrence in either groups. Conclusion: Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with collagen dressings is safe and effective for facial mild to moderate acne, with good patient compliance.更多还原
