【摘要】 目的:探讨利用修复种植体作为正畸支抗压低并直立下颌第二磨牙的实际临床效果。方法:回顾我院下颌第一磨牙缺失伴有同侧下颌第二磨牙近中倾斜伴伸长的成年患者共11例,使用修复种植体结合个体化临时修复体作为支抗对下颌第二磨牙进行直立和压低。使用修复种植体结合符合生物力学的个体化临时修复体作为支抗对下颌第二磨牙进行直立和压低。搜集正畸前后的全景片、头颅侧位片以及石膏模型并进行比较。结果:11颗下颌第二磨牙均得到了有效的直立和压低,创造了符合临床需要的下颌第一磨牙修复体空间。结论:应用修复种植体设计出的支抗系统可有效直立和压低下颌第二磨牙,满足种临床种植修复的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of using the first molar prosthetic implants as anchorage to intrude and upright mandible second molars. Methods: Eleven over erupted and tilted mandible second molars were included into this research. The prosthetic implants of first molars were implanted and individualized temporary crown were made according to biomechanics principles. Pretreatment and post treatment panoramic,cephalometric X ray and plastic models were collected and compared. Results: The position of the mandible second molars was corrected. Necessary space for the crown of mandible first molars was created. Conclusion: Prosthetic implant could be used as anchorage to intrude over erupted mandible second molars effectively.更多还原
