槟榔牙着色及低患龋率原因探究

【摘要】 目的:探究槟榔牙着色及低患龋率的可能原因。方法:利用电子探针(electron probe micro analyzer,EPMA)分析槟榔牙表面着色沉积物的形态及化学元素,并与其相邻的非着色区域进行对比。借助气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析着色沉积物中可能的有机成分。结果:槟榔牙非着色区域表面形态规则,含有Ca、P、O、Na、Cl。而着色区域表面形态不规则,除检测到上述5种元素外,还含有Fe、Mn、Cu、F、S。着色区域有机成分中可能含有苯甲酸甲酯、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、棕榈酸、硬脂酸。结论:槟榔牙着色与Fe、Mn、Cu、S、F元素相关,其低患龋率可能与着色物结构、F、苯甲酸甲酯、棕榈酸、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the possible reasons for betel tooth discolouration and its low caries prevalence rate. Methods: Compare chemical elements between the unstained and stained area by electron probe micro analyzer( EPMA). Analyze possible organic ingredients in the stain deposition by GC-MS. Results: The surface of the stained area of the tooth was extremely rough and uneven,in contrast to the unstained area. The stained area contains Ca,P,O,Na,Cl,Fe,Mn,Cu,F,S,methyl benzoate,2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol,palmitic acid,Stearic acid,while the unstained area only has Ca,P,O,Na,Cl. Conclusion: Betel tooth discolouration is due to Fe,Mn,Cu,S,F. Its low caries prevalence rate is due to structure of the stained area,F,methyl benzoate,palmitic acid and 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol.
