【摘要】 目的:探讨手术切除方法治疗口腔颌面部动静脉畸形的临床效果。方法:2008年1月~2015年6月对12例口腔颌面部动静脉畸形行病变完整切除术。2例弥散型软组织动静脉畸形患者术前行栓塞治疗。结果:12例患者中软组织动静脉畸形6例,局灶型4例,弥散型2例。颌骨动静脉畸形6例,其中5例为下颌骨动静脉畸形。随访时间2.5年~10年,平均6.2年,均无复发。治疗后所有患者局部肿胀消退、搏动感消失,面颈部外形明显改善。结论:外科手术治疗是治疗口腔颌面部动静脉畸形的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment for arteriovenous malformations( AVMs) of oral and maxillofacial region. Methods: From January 2008 to June 2015,complete resection for 12 cases of arteriovenous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region was undertaken. Preoperative embolization was done in two diffuse lesions. Results: In 6 cases of the surgical treated AVMs of soft tissue lesions,four were focal lesion and two were diffuse lesion. Six cases were intraosseous AVMs of the jaws,including 5 cases in the mandible and one in the maxilla. No recurrence with median follow-up of 6. 2 years. Patients were satisfied with the appearance improvement. Conclusion: Surgical treatment still plays an important role in the treatment of arteriovenous malformations of oral and maxillofacial region.更多还原
