【摘要】 目的:研究舌鳞状细胞癌(tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)中Rce1基因的表达及与临床分期、肿瘤病理分型及颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对47例舌癌组织及癌旁组织中的Rce1基因进行检测,并运用Western Blot检测Rce1蛋白的表达。结果:Rce1基因在舌癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);其表达强度与TSCC病理分型无关(P>0.05);T3~4期患者癌组织中Rce1基因表达强度显著高于T1~2期(P<0.05)。TSCC颈淋巴结转移患者癌组织中Rce1基因表达强度显著高于无转移者(P<0.05)。结论:Rce1基因的表达与舌鳞癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移相关,可作为患者诊断及预后的参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of Rce1 gene in tongue squamous cell carcinoma( TSCC) and its relationship with clinical stage,tumor pathological type and cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods: Rce1 gene was analyzed in47 cases of tongue cancer tissues and adjacent tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The expression of Rce1 protein was analyzed by Western Blot. Results: The expression of Rce1 gene in tongue squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissue( P < 0. 05). The expression of Rce1 gene was not correlated with TSCC pathological type( P > 0. 05). The expression of Rce1 in T3 ~ 4 cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in T1 ~ 2 stages( P < 0. 05). The expression of Rce1 gene in TSCC patients with cervical lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of Rce1 gene is related to the occurrence,development and lymph node metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
