【摘要】 目的:探讨Ⅱ类患者下颌前移术后双侧髁突变化的规律。方法:收集11例成人骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者,行双侧下颌支矢状劈开术(bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy,BSSRO)术前、术后的锥形束CT数据,利用Mimics软件测量分析横断面上双侧髁突角度及体积变化。结果:术前术后双侧的髁突角度没有显著差异,术后左侧髁突角度总体变化不明显,右侧髁突角度变大,并且双侧变化量差异具有统计学意义。双侧髁突术后体积减小,右侧变化显著大于左侧。结论:BSSRO改善患者Ⅱ骨性畸形术后,双侧髁突的变化表现出不一致性,右侧变化较左侧明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the rule of the bilateral condylar changes in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ deformity after bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy. Methods: To take advantage of Mimics software to analysis the condylar angle in the axial plane as well as the condylar volumes of 11 patients pre-and post-surgery through their CBCT data. Results: The angle and volume changes both show that the change rate of right side were much more obvious than the left side.Conclusion: Patients with skeletal class Ⅱ deformity after BSSRO,their bilateral condyle shows unparallel changes,and the right side is more significant.更多还原
