【摘要】 目的观察水胶体敷料在肠造口患者术后早期伤口保护中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月～2017年1月在我院急诊非择期行肠造口手术的患者80例,随机分为观察组41例和对照组39例。两组均采用同一厂家的透明造口袋。观察组术后早期采用水胶体敷料保护伤口。对照组采用透明薄膜敷料保护伤口。比较两组术后伤口疼痛评分及愈合情况,并对伤口敷料及造口袋更换频率进行比较。结果观察组术后伤口疼痛评分低于对照组,伤口愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口敷料及造口袋更换频率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠造口术后早期使用水胶体敷料能提高造口袋粘贴的稳固性,适当延长造口袋使用时间,减少排泄物渗漏引起的造口异味及伤口污染,降低腹部伤口的感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of applying hydrocolloid dressing or transparent film to incision or 2 cm away from incision of patient with colostomy early after colostomy for wound protection.Method 80 cases of colostomy patient treated in emergency in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Ostomy bag manufactured by one manufacturer was adopted.For observation group,hydrocolloid dressing was used at early stage after operation to protect the wound;for control group,transparent film was used;and the ostomy bag stickup stability,degree of pollution and recovery in abdomen wound,whether there was wound merger or fat liquefaction,and wound infection rate in two groups were observed and compared.Result In terms of improving ostomy bag stickup stability,reducing leakage,lowering wound contamination and infection rate,observation group did better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of hydrocolloid dressing to wound protection for patient at early stage after colostomy can improve stickup stability of ostomy product and extend its service time,reduce peculiar smell and wound contamination caused by excreta leakage,and also lower the injection rate of abdomen wound.更多还原
