聚维酮碘软膏联合妇洁舒洗液预防放射性阴道炎的效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨聚维酮碘软膏联合妇洁舒洗液预防放射性阴道炎的效果。方法选取我科60例接受放疗的宫颈癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予10%妇洁舒洗液阴道冲洗。观察组给予聚维酮碘软膏涂抹联合10%妇洁舒洗液阴道冲洗。比较两组阴道清洁度、放射性阴道炎分级及阴道感染发生率。结果观察组阴道清洁度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组放射性阴道炎分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1个月,观察组阴道感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用聚维酮碘软膏涂抹联合妇洁舒洗液进行阴道清洁,可显著提高宫颈癌放疗患者阴道清洁度,降低放射性阴道炎发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of povidone iodine cream combined with Fujieshu lotion on radiation-induced vaginitis.Methods 60 cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given to vaginal douche by 10%Fujieshu lotion,and the observation group were given to smear for povidone iodine cream combined with vaginal douche by 10% Fujieshu lotion.The vagina cleaness,radiation-induced vaginitis classification and vaginal infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results The vagina cleaness of observation group significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The radiation-induced vaginitis classification of observation group significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Followed up for 1 month,the vaginal infection rate of observation group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Povidone iodine cream combined with Fujieshu lotion on vaginal cleaning for cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy,can significantly improve vaginal cleanness,reduce the incidence rate of radiation-induced vaginitis.
