【摘要】 2010年中国的GDP总量超过日本,升居世界第二,2011年后我国经济持续高速增长。十八大以后党和国家不断调整经济政策,使经济慢慢的转为中高速增长,平稳中实现了经济发展的软着陆。从近些年的经济发展趋势来看,一个新的经济发展趋势——"慈善经济",将慢慢的铺展到经济发展的多个领域。发展,必然会有困难和矛盾,慈善经济如何才能结合我国的经济发展形势实现良性发展?研究提出了构建慈善经济的发展体系,即与慈善经济相辅相成的善制度体系、善服务体系和善知识体系,即"2+1善发展体系"。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2010,China’s total GDP exceeded Japan,ranking second in the world,and China’s economy continued to grow rapidly after 2011. After the eighteen big changes,the party and the state constantly adjust their economic policies,slowly turning the economy into medium and high speed growth,and achieving a soft landing of economic development in a stable manner. Judging from the trend of economic development in recent years,a new economic development trend,"charitable economy",will gradually spread to many areas of economic development. Inevitably,there will be difficulties and contradictions in the development. How can the charitable economy achieve the sound development in the light of China ’s economic development?
