两种常用型建筑外墙结构的传热试验分析
Analysis of Heat Transfer Test of Exterior Wall Structure of Two Kinds of Common Buildings
【摘要】 利用热流计法对两种常用型建筑外墙的传热系数进行现场测量与分析。计算和实测轻型木结构建筑和混凝土建筑外墙结构的传热系数,比较评价这两种不同外墙类型与结构的热工性能,并确定其建筑复合外墙热工级别和适用区域。研究表明,两种常用型建筑外墙体的传热系数的理论值与实测值一致;轻型木结构建筑外墙热工级别达到Ⅲt级,可用于寒冷、夏热冬冷地区;钢筋混凝土外墙结构较厚,但其保温效果较轻型木结构差。上述以期对轻型木结构建筑、钢筋混凝土建筑节能保温优化设计及其工程应用提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the heat transfer coefficient of two kinds of common buildings’ exterior wall is measured and analyzed by heat flow meter method. The heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall structures of timber framed structure building and reinforced concrete building is calculated and measured, and the thermal performance of the two kinds of external wall types and structures is evaluated and measured, the two different types of external walls and the thermal performance of the structure are compared and analyzed, and the building composite wall thermal engineering level and applicable areas are determined. The results show that the theoretical values of the heat transfer coefficient of the two kinds of common buildings are consistent with the measured values. The thermal performance of the exterior structure of the timber framed structure building is of grade Ⅲ_t, which can be used in cold areas and hot summer and cold winter areas. The structure of reinforced concrete wall structure is thick, but its insulation effect is poor than the timber framed structure building. The above mentioned is in order to provide reference for the optimization design and engineering application of timber framed structure building and reinforced concrete building.
