桡骨头置换联合带线锚钉治疗桡骨头伴冠状突骨折
Radial head replacement and suture anchors fixation for treatment of radial head fractures with ulnar coronoid fractures
【摘要】 <正>2010年1月～2016年3月,我科采用桡骨头置换联合带线锚钉治疗10例桡骨头伴冠状突骨折患者,术后肘关节稳定,功能恢复满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组10例,男6例,女4例,年龄25～64岁。桡骨头骨折按Mason分型:Ⅲ型6例,Ⅳ型4例。冠状突骨折按Regan-Morrey分型:Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型2例。伤后至手术时间3～7 d。
