微创手术治疗尺骨冠状突骨折
Minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of ulnar coronoid process fractures
【摘要】 <正>2011年9月~2016年10月,我科采用经肘关节前内侧入路带线锚钉或Herbert螺钉微创手术治疗17例尺骨冠状突骨折患者,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组17例,男12例,女5例,年龄18~45岁。左侧13例,右侧4例。骨折Regan-Morrey分型:Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型7例。单纯尺骨冠状突骨折
