【摘要】 糖尿病足病抗感染是目前糖尿病足病治疗的难题之一,合并感染的足病创面不仅会延长创面愈合时间,而且可能导致截肢,甚至危及生命。单纯的全身抗生素治疗并不能解决所有足病患者感染的问题,目前局部清创、抗菌敷料、局部抗生素应用等局部的抗感染辅助治疗具有一定的抗菌作用,本文就上述局部抗感染治疗的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-infective treatment of diabetic foot is one of the challenges in the field.Infection of diabetic foot will not only prolong wound healing time,but also may lead to amputation,even can threaten life.Only systemic antibiotic treatment does not solve all the problems of foot infection.Some local anti-infection adjuvant therapies such as the local debridement,antibacterial dressing,topical antibiotics,have certain antibacterial effect.This article will review the current researches on the local anti-infective treatment of diabetic foot.更多还原
