【摘要】 创业型大学是高等教育发展到一定阶段的产物,是实现差异化发展、创建一流大学的途径之一。创业型大学的兴起为当前我国大学的改革提供了有益的借鉴。文章分析了当前我国创业型大学发展的必要性,并从办学自主权、管理机制、创业型人才队伍和创业文化四个方面重点论述了我国创业型大学发展面临的主要问题,在此基础上提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 An entrepreneurial university’s development is a necessary access for universities to seek different development strategies and create a world-class ranking as an inevitability of higher learning progress. The emergence of entrepreneurial universities provides good implications for the reform of Chinese universities. This paper examined the significance of developing entrepreneurial universities in China, and explored the challenges to be faced in the areas of university autonomy, management mechanism, talent resources and entrepreneurial culture, therefore considering specific measures involved.更多还原
