【Abstract】 Based on the IPR-CDIO engineering education notion and CDIO 12 Criteria, the paper discusses the applied talents training mode and path in the light of the establishment of industry-education integrated environment, the design of unified teaching plan and the guarantee of engineering practice conditions. Project-driven, students could experience the conception, the design implementation and the operation of the life cycle, which improves students’ interest, fosters their fortitude and increases their sense of responsibility. The approach helps alleviate the contradiction between the education side and the industrial demand side.更多还原
