IPR-CDIO在电信类应用型本科人才培养中的探索实践

【摘要】 以IPR-CDIO工程教育理念,围绕CDIO 12条标准,从产教融合育人环境的创建、一体化教学计划的设计、工程实践条件的保障等方面分析电信类专业应用型人才培养模式及途径;以项目为导航,学生通过项目构思、设计、实施及运行生命周期的全过程体验,提高学生学习兴趣、培养学生毅力、增强学生责任感。这些举措能有效缓解人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧之间的矛盾。

【Abstract】 Based on the IPR-CDIO engineering education notion and CDIO 12 Criteria, the paper discusses the applied talents training mode and path in the light of the establishment of industry-education integrated environment, the design of unified teaching plan and the guarantee of engineering practice conditions. Project-driven, students could experience the conception, the design implementation and the operation of the life cycle, which improves students’ interest, fosters their fortitude and increases their sense of responsibility. The approach helps alleviate the contradiction between the education side and the industrial demand side.
