有色冶炼中铁矾渣的资源化利用
COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT AND UTILIZATION OF JAROSITE OF NONFERROUS METALLURGY
【摘要】 分析了铁矾渣物相组成,对铁矾渣综合利用方法进行了阐述,分析了高温焙烧分解、酸法浸出、碱法浸出工艺的特点、铁矾渣处理新思路以及工业化应用情况。建议根据各种废弃渣的特性,有效利用其资源,与铁矾渣进行协同处理,有利于实现无害化、资源化、减量化处置铁矾渣等其他废弃渣。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the composition and phase of jarosite is analyzed,the comprehensive utilization of jarosite is reviewed,the characteristic of the high temperature roasting decomposition,acid leaching,alkaline leaching are summarized,and new idea of treating arosite and its industrial application is introduced. The researcher pointed that co-processing jarosite with other industrial waste slag is conducive to process jarosite and other slag in harmless reutilization and reducing its quantity.
