铜冶炼企业氧气系统Simulink建模仿真研究
SIMULINK MODELING AND SIMULATION OF OXYGEN SYSTEM IN COPPER SMELTING ENTERPRISES
【摘要】 分析了铜冶炼企业中氧气的生产系统、缓冲储存系统和消耗系统的特点,建立了一个铜冶炼企业的氧气系统数学模型,并以此为基础建立了某铜冶炼企业氧气系统Simulink仿真模型,对此铜冶炼企业的氧气系统实施不同的制氧方案,以及添加氧气液化系统和气化系统运行进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,企业的制氧系统采取不同的生产方案对企业的氧气放散率影响很大,企业的制氧系统氧气生产量与企业的平均耗氧量相差越少,放散率越小;适宜的氧气液化系统和气化系统,能将企业氧气系统的氧气放散率减小至零。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the characteristics of oxygen in copper smelting enterprises in the production system,buffer storage system and consumption system,a mathematical model of oxygen system of copper smelting enterprises was built as the basis for the establishment of a copper smelter oxygen system Simulink simulation model. The oxygen system of a copper smelting enterprises adopting different oxygen production schemes and with the addition of oxygen liquefaction and gasification systems were simulated. The results show that the oxygen system of enterprises adopting different production schemes has strong influence on oxygen emission rate of the enterprise.The less is the difference between enterprise oxygen production and average oxygen consumption,the smaller is the emission rate. A suitable oxygen liquefaction and gasification systemcan reduce the enterprise oxygen emission rate to zero.
