中深孔回采试验参数优化研究

【摘要】 在某矿山二步骤中深孔回采爆破技术优化试验中,利用正交试验将各项爆破参数对大块产出率、爆破直接成本以及炮孔利用率的影响进行了定量解析。试验结果得出,对中深孔回采爆破效果产生严重影响的因素是一次崩矿规模,接着是孔底距,影响最小的是炮孔距充填体间距。同时得出中深孔回采爆破最佳参数为炮孔距充填体间距0.5~0.7m,当矿岩稳固致密时,参数取小值,当矿岩节理裂隙发育时,参数取大值;孔底距为2.3m,一次崩矿规模为2排。经现场工业试验后,统计得出采场综合生产能力达到328t/d,矿石回采率为85.7%,贫化率为11.2%,研究结果能够作为某矿山确定二步骤开采爆破参数的依据,对矿山低成本、安全高效开采意义重大。

【Abstract】 In the optimization test of blasting technology in two-step medium and deep hole stoping of a mine,the orthogonal test was used to quantitatively analyze the impact of various blasting parameters on mass production rate,direct blasting cost and blasting hole utilization rate.According to the test results,the blasting effect of stoping in medium and deep holes were seriously affected by the size of the primary ore collapse,the distance from the hole bottom,and the distance between the blasting hole and backfill.At the same time,the optimal blasting parameters in the medium and deep hole stoping were obtained as the space of 0.5~0.7mbetween the blasting hole and the backfill.When the ore rocks were stable and dense,this parameter should be taken as small value,byt when the joints and fractures were developed,it should be taken as large value.The distance from the hole bottom was 2.3m,and the size of the primary ore collapse was 2rows.After field industrial tests,the statistics showed that the production capacity of the mining field reached 328t/d,the ore recovery rate was 85.7%,and the dilution rate was 11.2%.The results could be used as a practical basis to determine the blasting parameters of the two-step mining in a certain mine,and was of great significance to mining with low cost,great safety and high efficiency.
