通风因素对于巷道火灾热释放速率影响的数值模拟

【摘要】 为研究矿井通风因素对于矿井火灾热释放速率(HRR)的影响,以矿井实际巷道为基础建立了尺寸为100m×4m×3m的FDS模型。用温度为1000℃的热源和可燃物热解燃烧做火源,通过改变风速或风量的模拟来研究不同通风因素对于巷道火灾HRR的影响。结果表明:随风速增大,HRR最终分别稳定在6MW和3.2MW两个值附近;风量对于HRR稳定值影响不大;随风速和风量增大,热释放速率最大值(HRRmax)分别呈现降低和增加的趋势。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the ventilation factors on the heat release rate(HRR)of mine fire disaster,a FDS model with size of 100 m×4 m×3 m was established based on the actual tunnel.With the heat source of 1000℃and fire source caused by the pyrolysis combustion of combustibles,the influences of different ventilation factors on HRRin tunnel fire disaster were studied by simulating the change in wind speed or air volume.The results were concluded as follows.Firstly,with the increase of wind speed,the HRRcurve was stable near the two values of 6 MW and 3.2 MW respectively.Secondly,the air volume had little effect on HRR stability.Finally,the maximum heat release rate(HRRmax)showed a tendency to decrease with the enhancement of wind speed,and to increase with the increase of air volume.
