【摘要】 绿色技术创新是提质增效与保护环境的关键所在。本文基于技术创新理论,选取我国30个省2000—2011年面板数据,研究政府质量、环境规制对企业绿色技术创新的直接影响及交互效应。通过运用Stata12.0实证研究得出:地方政府质量与环境规制显著影响企业绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新,地方政府质量正向调节环境规制对企业绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的影响。研究表明提高地方政府质量与制订合理的环境政策,对促进企业绿色技术创新同等重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green technological innovation is the key to improving quality and protecting the environment. Based on the technological innovation theory,the paper studies the direct effect and interaction effect of government quality and environmental regulation on green technological innovation with the panel data of 30 provinces from 2000 to 2011 in China. After the empirical study through the Stata12.0,the paper finds local government quality and environmental regulation significantly affect green product innovation and green process innovation,the local government quality plays a significantly positive role in the process of environmental regulation affecting on green product innovation and green process innovation. The conclusions indicate that the improvement of local government quality and the formulation of rational environmental policies are equally important to promoting green technology innovation.更多还原
