内蒙古某磁选铁精矿浮选脱硫试验研究

【摘要】 对内蒙古某磁选铁精矿进行了浮选脱硫试验研究。以FS为活化剂、碳酸钠为p H调整剂、黄药和双黄药为混合捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,经过一粗一精一扫闭路反浮选,获得了产率94.54%、铁品位67.88%、铁回收率95.04%、含硫0.26%的铁精矿。

【Abstract】 Flotation experiments were conducted to achieve desulfurization of iron concentrate from magnetic separation process in a concentrator of Inner Mongolia. Using FS as an activator,sodium carbonate as a p H regulator,xanthate and dixanthogen as collectors,2#oil as a frother,a closed-circuit reverse flotation process consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging produced an iron concentrate grading 67. 88% Fe at 95. 04% recovery with a yield of94.54%,and the sulfur content therein reduced to 0.26%.
