【Abstract】 Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death playing critical roles in host defense against pathogen infection and in danger signalling. During pyroptosis, the effector GSDMD is cleaved into GSDMD-N and GSDMD-C by activated caspase 1/4/5/11. Further knowledge about pyroptosis is supposed to provide insights into the etiology of many diseases, and help improve the relevant clinical prevention and therapy.更多还原
