【摘要】 目的:PBL教学法联合Sandwich教学法在血液科教学中的应用。方法:选取2017年在佳木斯大学附属第一医院血液内科实习的60名临床医学本科生为研究对象,将其随机分为PBL教学法联合Sandwich教学法组和传统组。教学结束后,以理论考试和临床技能测试的成绩为考核依据。结果:PBL教学法联合Sandwich教学组的理论成绩和临床技能测试成绩均高于传统组(P<0.05),采用新型联合教学法可激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生临床思维,养成自主学习和终身学习的习惯。结论:在血液内科临床教学中,PBL教学法联合Sandwich教学法优于传统教学法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching method combined Sandwich during the teaching in hematology department.Methods:60 clinical medical undergraduate students practiced in department of blood internal medicine in the first affiliated hospital of Jiamusi university in 2017 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into PBL teaching combined Sandwich teaching group and traditional group.After teaching,students were tested from aspects of theories and clinical skills.Results:Scores of theory and clinical skills were higher in PBL teaching method in combination with Sandwich than in conventional group( P < 0.05).The new teaching method can stimulate students’ interests in learning,and train students’ clinical thinking so that they could get into the habit of independent learning and lifelong learning.Conclusion:In the blood internal medicine clinical teaching,the PBL teaching method combined the Sandwich teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method.更多还原
