【摘要】 目的:检测转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在大鼠腹主动脉瘤(AAA)模型组织中的表达情况,探讨其在腹主动脉瘤发病机制中的作用。方法:20只SD雄性大鼠,随机分成2组,正常对照组与弹力蛋白酶灌注组(20U/m L)1m L,持续30min。于术前、术后28d测量腹主动脉直径。应用Western blot方法检测动脉瘤中TGF-β的表达,数据均以(x珋±s)进行两组之间的差异分析。结果:实验组动物模型均已达到腹主动脉瘤诊断标准(正常动脉:1.26±0.030,AAA组:2.950±0.106,P<0.05)。与正常动脉相比,AAA组TGF-β的表达明显升高(正常动脉:0.3392±0.035,AAA组:0.7840±0.044,P<0.05)。结论:转化生长因子-β在大鼠腹主动脉瘤中的表达明显升高,说明转化生长因子-β在介导腹主动脉瘤的形成中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β( TGF-β) in rat model of abdominal aortic aneurysm( AAA) so as to explore its role in the pathogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:20 SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups:normal control group and experimental group which were injected with elastase( 20 U/m L) 1 ml for 30 mins.The diameter of the abdominal aorta was measured on the 28 th days before and after surgery.The method of Western blot was used to detect the expression of TGF-β in aneurysms.The differences between the two groups were analyzed by means + SD.Results:The experimental group had reached the diagnostic criteria of abdominal aortic aneurysm( normal artery:1.26 ± 0.030,AAA group:2.950 ± 0.106,P < 0.05).Compared with normal arteries,the expression of TGF-β in AAA group was significantly higher than that in normal arteries( normal arteries:0.3392 ± 0.035,AAA group:0.7840 ± 0.044,P < 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of transforming growth factor-β in rat abdominal aortic aneurysm is significantly increased,indicating that transforming growth factor-β plays an important role in mediating the formation of abdominal aortic aneurysm.更多还原
