不同热轧参数对无取向硅钢变形抗力的影响
Effect of Different Hot Rolling Parameters on Deformation Resistance of Non-oriented Silicon Steel
【摘要】 通过使用热模拟试验机,在不同变形速率、不同变形温度及不同化学成分组成下,获取了无取向硅钢的热变形抗力数据。试验结果表明:更高的变形速率会增高变形抗力;而当应变量达到一定程度,在较高变形速率时,无取向硅钢的变形抗力反而变低。在α相区及γ相区,随着试验温度的增加,无取向硅钢的热变形抗力随之降低;在两相区内,随试验温度的提高,变形抗力有所增加;应通过降低终轧温度,使终轧避免在两相区内进行。更高的Si及P含量会提高无取向硅钢的变形抗力,而当温度达到1 200℃时,P提高变形抗力的能力却趋于消失;而高的Als含量会降低无取向硅钢的变形抗力。
【Abstract】 The thermal deformation resistance data of non-oriented silicon steel were obtained by using a thermal simulation test machine under different deformation rates,different deformation temperatures and different chemical composition. The test results show that a higher deformation rate would increase the deformation resistance. When a strain reached a certain degree,the deformation resistance of non-oriented silicon steel became lower at a higher deformation rate. The thermal deformation resistance of non-oriented silicon steel decreased with an increase of a test temperature in the α zone and in the γ zone. In the two-phase zone,the deformation resistance increased with an increase of a test temperature. The final hot-rolling should be avoided in the two-phase zone by reducing the final hot-rolling temperature. Higher Si and P would improve the deformation resistance of non-oriented silicon steel,and when the temperature reached 1 200 ℃,the ability of P increasing deformation resistance tended to disappear;High Als will reduce the deformation resistance of non-oriented silicon steel.
