【Abstract】 Thoroughly studied the historical origin and related background about the first six supplementary place names of China Southern Tibet published by the Ministry of Civil Affair,explained the relationship between place name and state sovereignty and also stated naming place is an important sign to territorial confirmation by enumerating some related cases. The historical origin and related background about the fix place names,especially in geographical environment,national customs and cultures were explored. Research shows obvious evidences in aspects of historical humanities and administrative jurisdiction that China’s territorial claims to Southern Tibet.更多还原
