海船尾气紫外强化有效氯一体化脱硫脱硝

【摘要】 为控制船舶尾气中SOx和NOx等有害污染物的排放,符合国际海事组织和地方性的公约和法规要求,各国都在加紧研究船舶尾气的后处理技术。介绍了目前尾气脱硫脱硝后处理技术的现状和研究方向,提出紫外辐照强化有效氯氧化脱硫脱硝的一体化尾气处理新技术。建立了实验平台,设计了实验方法,描述了化学反应的机理。实验结果表明,氧化溶液在紫外辐照的环境下,在pH为3~10时,具有一定的氧化脱硫脱硝能力。在设定的实验条件下,对NO和NO2的最高脱除率达到61%,对SO2的脱除率达到100%。此一体化脱硫脱硝新方案适用于海船环境,为船舶尾气后处理技术的研究提供了参考。

【Abstract】 A lot of researchers around the world are researching on after treatment technologies for controlling the emission of pollutants such as SO_xand NO_x,in order to satisfy the IMO and national regulations. The state of the art of the after treatment technologies for removing SO_xand NO_xfrom ship emissions was introduced,and a novel integrated technology was proposed which was based on available chlorine oxidation enhanced by UV irradiation. The experimental setup was built and the experimental procedure was designed,and the concerned reaction mechanism was described. The results showed that,the oxidation solution had certain oxidative desulfurization and denitrification capability under the UV radiation environment in the range of pH 3 ~ 10. Under optimal conditions,NO_xremoval efficiency reached 61%,and SO_xremoval efficiency was 100%. It provided a new idea for De SO_xand De NO_xintegrated technology. The new integrated desulfurization and denitrification scheme is applicable to the seaship environment and provides reference for the study of ship exhaust gas after-treatment technology.
