基于案例推理的某型航空发动机防喘控制系统故障诊断
Fault Diagnosis Case-based Reasoning of Anti-surge Control System of A Certain Type Aero-engine
【摘要】 案例推理是模拟人类处理问题的方式解决现实问题,其实质是案例检索与应用的过程,而案例推理机制的设计实质上就是对案例检索、匹配、重用过程的优化设计。本文针对某型航空发动机防喘控制系统故障特点,运用案例推理方法开展故障诊断研究。首先,介绍案例推理基本理论并对案例特征权重进行提取与计算、确定案例间相似度,在此基础上设计案例的三级推理策略,实现对故障的快速诊断与定位,有助于指导机务人员维修保障工作,提高维修保障效率。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of the anti-surge control system of a certain aero-engine,the fault diagnosis research was conducted using the case-based reasoning method. First,the case feature weights are extracted and calculated,and the similarity between cases is determined. Based on this,a three-level inference strategy for the case is designed to achieve rapid diagnosis and positioning of the fault,which helps guide the maintenance of the maintenance personnel and improve maintenance guarantee efficiency.
