醋渣纤维素降解菌的筛选鉴定及混合菌系的构建

【摘要】 以包头市呱呱叫调味品厂醋渣为菌源,采用纤维素刚果红培养基、滤纸条崩解试验初筛得到3株降解纤维素活性较高的菌株;采用不同混合菌对醋渣进行固态发酵,考察醋渣的降解率及滤纸酶活性变化。结果表明,H2+H4混合菌对醋渣的降解率最高;采用16Sr DNA、18Sr DNA序列分析方法对3株菌进行鉴定,菌H2为产黄青霉菌(Penicillium chrysogenum)、菌H4为卷枝毛霉菌(Mucor circinelloides)、菌H16为粪产碱菌(Alcaligenes faecalis)。

【Abstract】 Using Baotou Guaguajiao Condiment Factory vinegar residue as the bacteria source,using cellulose Congo red medium,the collapse of filter test,3 strains of Cellulolytic Strains with high activity was screened; using different mixed bacteria for solid-state fermentation of vinegar residue,the degradation rate of vinegar residue and the change of enzyme activity of filter paper were studied. The results showed that the biodegradation of H2 + H4 was highest; using 16 Sr DNA and 18 Sr DNA sequence analysis to identify 3 strains,strain H2 was Penicillium chrysogenum,strain H4 was Mucor circinelloides,H16 was faecalis Alcaligenes faecalis.
