【摘要】 柔性接触式密封目前在受热面回转式空气预热器中被广泛地使用。密封装置的核心元件密封片的磨损和密封问题是研究的关键所在。通过实验的方法分别对密封片的磨损和密封进行研究。在密封试验中,分别采取密封过余量为5 mm、10 mm、15 mm厚度为0.2 mm的301弹簧钢片进行实验,并得到单密封片和双密封片在不同条件下的泄漏量和磨损量。实验表明,泄漏量随着密封片密封过余量和密封片数量的增加而减少,磨损量随密封片密封过于量的增大而增大;且双片中第二片的磨损量比第一片大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flexible contact sealing is widely used in rotary air preheaters nowadays,the key of the research are the core element of sealing devices sealed slices’ abrasion and sealing problems. Researching the sealed slices abrasion and sealing problems by experiments. No. 301 spring sheet steels,the thickness is 0. 2 mm and the allowance are 5 mm,10 mm and 15 mm are used respectively in experiments,and the amount of leaking and abrasion of one sealed slice and double sealed slices were obtained under the different conditions. Experiments show that the more sealing margin and the number of sealed slices,the less the amount of leaking,the more amount of abrasion,and the amount of abrasion of the second slice is larger than that in the first slice.更多还原
