【摘要】 中国作为知识产权大国,知识产权最为密集的高科技产品,是国家科技和经济实力的重要标志。知识产权保护的二重性直接影响着高科技产品的出口。通过分析知识产权保护的二重性,发现积极参与知识产权保护,可以强化技术知识的产权观和保护意识,还可以促进我国高科技产品出口的国际市场地位,确保我国高科技产品独有的知识产权资源,确保国家资产免于流失,同时也能够积极应对西方国家对我国高科技产品出口的知识产权壁垒。更多还原

【Abstract】 as a big intellectual property country,high-tech products with the most intellectual property rights are important symbols of national science and technology and economic strength.The duality of intellectual property protection has a direct impact on the export of high-tech products.Through the analysis of the duality of intellectual property protection,it is found that active participation in intellectual property protection can strengthen the concept of property rights and protection consciousness of technical knowledge,promote the international market status of the export of high-tech products in China,ensure the unique intellectual property resources of our hightech products,and ensure that the state assets are free from loss.It can also respond positively to the intellectual property barriers of western countries to the export of high-tech products in China.更多还原
