【摘要】 首先对财政科技投入与经济增长的关系进行文献述评,并运用内生增长理论、科技投入的杠杠效应和挤出效应进行理论阐释。其次采用江苏2003~2014年财政研发投入的数据,对财政研发投入与经济增长的关系进行实证检验。最后提出了加快财政研发投入的结构调整,谋求研发投入方式多元化及完善财政科技投入资金的监管,强化研发投入资金的绩效评价三方面对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It firstly reviews the literature on the relationship between financial technology input and economic growth,then Theoretically interprets it through the theory of endogenous growth,Leverage effect and crowding out effect of the investment in science and technology.Secondly,it empirically tests the relationship between finance R& D investment and economic growth by data of the fiscal R&D investments from 2003-2014 in Jiangsu Province.Lastly,it puts forward three suggestions,such as speeding up the adjustment of the financial structure of R&D investments,to diversify the means R & D investment and perfecting the financial supervision and Strengthening the performance evaluation of R&D investment funds.更多还原
