矿用锚固树脂动力学特性及其动态损伤机理研究

【摘要】 为掌握锚固树脂的力学性质、动力学特性及其动态损伤机理,以树脂药剂制作大尺寸树脂锚固块体并钻取芯样,首先将试样在RMT-150伺服试验机进行单轴压缩试验,研究锚固树脂在单向压力作用下的变形特点和抗压强度;然后在动静组合加载实验系统上进行动态损伤力学试验,研究锚固树脂在压应变波扰动下的动力学特性及其动态损伤机理;最后结合朱-王-唐(ZWT)黏弹性本构方程理论,分析锚固树脂在低高频扰动应力作用下的黏弹性效应。试验和理论分析结果表明,矿用锚固树脂是一种具有黏弹性效应的递减硬化、弱塑性材料,且在压应变波扰动下其破坏形式是一种压剪或曲拉破坏,试样的动态单轴抗压强度和破坏形式与其轴向尺寸密切相关。

【Abstract】 In order to learn the mechanical properties, dynamic characteristics and dynamic damage mechanism of anchor resin, the resin core sample is drilled from the big resin block. Firstly, the uniaxial compression of resin sample is performed by RMT-150 servo tester to study the compressive strength and deformation characteristics under the uniaxial compressive stress. Then the dynamic characteristics and dynamic damage mechanism of anchor resin is studied by using the experimental system of static-dynamical loading to study the dynamic damage mechanics test of the resin sample. Finally, combining the visio-elasticity constitutive relations of ZWT model, the viscoelastic effect of anchor resin under the low-high frequency disturbance is analyzed. The results of experiment and theoretical analysis show that: the mine anchor resin is a viscoelastic effect material with weak plasticity and decreasing hardening; when the resin is under action of compress stress, its failure mode is either the compression shear or the buckling tensile damage; the compressive strength and deformation characteristics of resin sample is closely related to its axial size.
