【Abstract】 The standard of language ability is the basis and guide for formulating modern language teaching syllabus and examination syllabus, designing language ability evaluation system and compiling textbooks. By combing the basic theories of foreign language competence standards, the research focuses on communicative competence and core literacy, discusses the basic framework of Chinese ability of ethnic minorities, and explores Chinese ability of ethnic minorities from the standard dimensions of language ability basing on the principle of"action oriented"language description.更多还原
