【Abstract】 Improving the service of the National Computer Rank Examination(NCRE)is an important measure for the sustainable development of the NCRE. On the basis of investigating typical enterprises and industry demands for information technology capacity, this paper puts forward the concept of Service-oriented NCRE(SNCRE),and analyzes its connotation.
